Upbeat, inspirational music plays. A clean-shaven Asian man with gray hair and glasses walks through doors into a brightly-lit atrium, past three large posters of a man and two women, each labelled with a name: “Juan”, “Erin”, and “Kayla”.
An African-American woman with hot-pink hair and glasses enters a tall, windowed atrium and gazes up at a poster which takes up four windows and is three times her height. On it, a man smiles with the name “Mike” printed next to him.
Now a bearded white man with blue eyes walks through a long, bright room. He sits in an interview in front of a rack of clothes. A blue banner appears in the bottom left with white text.
ON SCREEN TEXT: Nick Thorson
Contract Manager
NICK: I’ve walked past the thirty-foot person that stands in the atrium. I just never expected that I would actually be one of those people.
In the atrium, a middle-aged blond woman in a face mask and corduroy blazer gazes upward.
AIMEE: Well, it’ll be the first time that I’ve ever been thirty feet tall.
The pink-haired woman stops to look at the three posters by the door.
AMARIS: You can tell the people in the photo enjoy being a part of UnitedHealthcare.
Bundles of makeup brushes stand propped up inside a bag. A hand brushes makeup under the eyes of the pink-haired woman. Another woman helps the clean-shaven man into a navy blazer.
On a camera display, a masked photographer steps aside to reveal the blond woman posing on a white background.
AIMEE: I mean, it was so much fun. I felt like a million bucks.
The clean-shaven man stands with his arms crossed and beams for the camera as a flash goes off. He laughs. Now he sits in front of a blue wall and a blue banner appears in the bottom left corner.

KEITH: Never done this before. I just tell them, “Tell me what to do. I have no idea what I’m doing.” It was a big surprise for me.
Nick stands in a striped sweater in front of the white background with a reserved smile.
NICK: I was just extremely moved by the, the honor.
The photographer takes a picture of the pink-haired woman. She grins broadly in a patterned skirt and puffy-sleeved outfit.
AMARIS: When I got the email, my first thought was, “This is a prank.”
A screen displays Keith’s photo while stylists make adjustments to his outfit. Keith smiles for the camera.
KEITH: I was happy to be recognized. Be a Vietnamese Lifechanger.
The blond woman sits for an interview in front of sparsely decorated shelves as a banner appears from the bottom left.

AMARIS: I have been impacted by this company for a long time. I had a surgery and UnitedHealthcare was my insurance company. And the nurses were so amazing and the case worker was fantastic, and I told them, “I’m gonna work for that company someday.”
A blond stylist holds gold hoop earrings up to Amaris’s ears. Amaris wears the earrings in front of the camera as she poses with her hands on her hips. The photographer takes a couple of photos, then Amaris poses with her hands together in front of her, wearing her glasses.
Nick holds still as the blond stylist adjusts the sleeves of his striped sweater. He stands sideways in front of the white background and smiles with his hands in his pockets. Photos of him appear on a computer screen.
In his interview.
NICK: My large project is addressing social determinants of health through farmers’ markets in metro Minnesota. I want the people we serve to feel our mission of helping them live healthier lives.
In Keith’s interview.
KEITH: It’s a great feeling when you can help somebody to resolve any issue with UnitedHealthcare.
Aimee tilts her head as she beams for the photographer.
